Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-sized four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobes and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and oval bath. A second en-suite bedroom, with twin beds, is located on the same floor, designed for younger children needing to be closer to their parents.
The remaining four bedrooms are all located on the lower floor. This floor is split between the main villa and a two bedroom semi self-contained area comprising of bedroom 5 (with queen size bed) and bedroom 6 (with two single beds). It also has its own kitchenette, breakfast bar and living room, boasting its own 50" flat screen TV, DVD player and home theatre.
Back in the main villa, bedrooms 3 and 4, each en-suite, both have direct pool access and offer a choice of another four-poster king-sized bed, or queen-size bed. Also, you will find a games room with cross-trainer and bicycle as gym equipment, and Nintendo Wii and pool table. This room conveniently leads onto the villa's e-suite maid/nanny's room with bunk beds, having its own independent access from the double carport, and laundry.
Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room with 50" flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. Moving outside you can sit and relax or dine outside at the 8-seater dining table under the cover of the large balcony, taking in the vast open views.
The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while you wait for the drinks to chill.
Emerald Villa also offers wireless internet access throughout the villa, and a landline telephone for local calls.
This beautiful villa, situated above a peaceful valley within the private development, offers unobstructed views across the hillside. It is tastefully decorated with carefully selected pieces of Asian arts, creating a lavish environment. Perfect for large groups or families looking for a wonderful balance of privacy, location and space.
The uniquely decorated 6 bedrooms, with their mixture of Thai and Chinese style, create an opulent setting inside the Villa.
Outside there is a large sun terrace and beautifully landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun and poolside shower, leading to an 10x5m infinity edged pool with integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table and BBQ, making it ideal for al fresco dining.
With great attention to detail it is tastefully furnished with a mixture of contemporary furniture, Chinese antiques, Asian artworks and Thai silks which complement the rich wooden flooring throughout the whole upstairs living area.
For entertainment, Emerald Villa offers a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games for younger guests (or the young-at-heart!), as well as a pool table. Additionally, for the health conscious, the fitness room is complete with gym equipment.
Emerald Villa, as part of the private development, is located on the hillside which allows for tranquil open views over Nai Harn. The estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk) and within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants and many tourist activities

Exchange and Banking:
Although travellers cheques are accepted in major cities, Phuket is a more rural area and so we suggest visiting a bank to exchange these for Thai Baht. Major credit cards are accepted here in large outlets, selected restaurants and some tour companies. It is suggested that cash is used for everyday purchases. ATM access is widespread so making cash withdrawals from your home bank account is convenient. If you wish to exchange cash, do so only at authorised outlets such as banks and hotels, and exchange only what you think you will spend. Please note that coins cannot be reconverted on departure. It is also recommended that you save all receipts from any currency exchange transaction as they may be required if you intend to reconvert Thai Baht.
As our villas are all privately owned homes, we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards.
Tips in high-end restaurants and hotels are usually added on at 10% – 15% of the bill. However, it is often a subject of controversy whether this amount actually goes to the waiter or not, therefore it is your choice whether to leave an additional tip. Tips in more local restaurants are usually not included on the bill, so it is recommended that a 10% tip is left if you are happy with the service you received.
It is always customary to tip any staff, such as housekeepers, cooks and drivers. Any gratuity is greatly appreciated, but completely at your discretion, and should be given directly to the individual..
Arrival and Departure formalities:
Travel documents are your responsibility. In general you should have a signed, valid passport that will remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport must have enough blank pages available for entry and exit stamps issued when entering and exiting immigration. You should also have a visa. Visas are issued on arrival for tourists, from most countries, wishing to stay in Phuket for a maximum of 30 days. However, if you wish to stay for longer than this please contact the immigration office in Phuket Town for an extension. It is advised that you check the specific visa requirements pertinent to your own country of residence prior to travelling, as some countries differ from this rule.
Once you have confirmed your accommodation in Phuket, you will be advised on the airport transfer procedure, and how you will travel to the venue.
