Accommodation comprises 6 bedrooms (with an optional 7th bedroom), all with en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 4 king-sized beds, 4 singles in bunk bed formations, and one room with twin single beds. The villa therefore comfortably accommodates 14 people. The 7th bedroom is ideal for a maid, nanny or extra person as it has a single bed and en-suite bathroom.
Upstairs, on the level you enter the villa, is the master bedroom suite. It has a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. A second bedroom is also located upstairs, offering two single beds, so could be ideal for younger children who need to be closer to their parents at night.
The remaining 5 bedrooms are all on the lower level. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have king size beds, large en-suite bathrooms with spacious walk-in showers and built-in wardrobes. Sliding double doors take you from both bedrooms directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 5 also has a king size bed, and shares the en-suite bathroom with bedroom 6 next door with the 2 sets of bunk beds. This, again, is ideally designed for children, or for a family wishing to all sleep closer to each other. Bedroom 7 has a single bed with an en-suite bathroom, and is designed as a maid/nanny’s room.
The ground floor also boasts a second living room, with huge comfortable sofa complete with 50” flat screen TV, DVD player, surround sound and cable TV. This floor also houses a spacious games room with pool table, bar stools and tables, dart board and gym equipment, so endless space for everyone to relax and be entertained.
Returning to upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with 50" flat screen TV, DVD player (with selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, plus a bluetooth speaker system. Moving outside, you can sit and relax or dine at the 12-seater dining table on the under-cover balcony, taking in the open valley views across Nai Harn.
The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.
Amber Villa also offers wireless Internet access throughout the villa, and a landline telephone for local calls.

Amber Villa is located at the edge of the development, on the hillside, allowing wide open views way into the distance across the village dwellings and grassland. Neighboured by only one other villa, Amber Villa’s impressive size gives a feeling of privacy and seclusion without being isolated. The purpose-built estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk) and within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and many tourist activities. It is also far enough away not to have these destroy the tranquillity and peace so rarely found. Amber Villa enjoys beautiful 180 degree unobstructed views across the valley, peaceful village and lush farmland areas.
The Villas welcomes guests to check in and out on any day of the week, there are no restrictions on change over days. We invite guests to stay for a minimum of 3 nights in Low Season and 7 nights in Peak Season, but shorter rental periods will be considered upon request.

Exchange and Banking:
Although travellers cheques are accepted in major cities, Phuket is a more rural area and so we suggest visiting a bank to exchange these for Thai Baht. Major credit cards are accepted here in large outlets, selected restaurants and some tour companies. It is suggested that cash is used for everyday purchases. ATM access is widespread so making cash withdrawals from your home bank account is convenient. If you wish to exchange cash, do so only at authorised outlets such as banks and hotels, and exchange only what you think you will spend. Please note that coins cannot be reconverted on departure. It is also recommended that you save all receipts from any currency exchange transaction as they may be required if you intend to reconvert Thai Baht.
As our villas are all privately owned homes, we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards.
Tips in high-end restaurants and hotels are usually added on at 10% – 15% of the bill. However, it is often a subject of controversy whether this amount actually goes to the waiter or not, therefore it is your choice whether to leave an additional tip. Tips in more local restaurants are usually not included on the bill, so it is recommended that a 10% tip is left if you are happy with the service you received.
It is always customary to tip any staff, such as housekeepers, cooks and drivers. Any gratuity is greatly appreciated, but completely at your discretion, and should be given directly to the individual..
Arrival and Departure formalities:
Travel documents are your responsibility. In general you should have a signed, valid passport that will remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport must have enough blank pages available for entry and exit stamps issued when entering and exiting immigration. You should also have a visa. Visas are issued on arrival for tourists, from most countries, wishing to stay in Phuket for a maximum of 30 days. However, if you wish to stay for longer than this please contact the immigration office in Phuket Town for an extension. It is advised that you check the specific visa requirements pertinent to your own country of residence prior to travelling, as some countries differ from this rule.
Once you have confirmed your accommodation in Phuket, you will be advised on the airport transfer procedure, and how you will travel to the venue.
