Accommodation comprises five bedrooms, all en-suite and spread over two levels. It readily accommodates 11 people, plus a sofa bed in one of the bedrooms, suitable for two children and two extra fold out beds, designed for older children, can be provided so a maximum of 15 guests can stay comfortably at the villa.
Four of the five bedrooms offer sumptuous king-size beds, the final bedroom offering three single beds. All beds have crisp white, high thread count linen, and the majority of bedrooms have sliding doors onto private balconies so guests can fully appreciate the fantastic sea views. The only bedroom without a sea view is the fifth bedroom, but this room is complete with TV and DVD player, it's own kitchen, and direct access onto the street. Furthermore, each bedroom affords large en-suite bathrooms with spacious separate showers, two with Jacuzzi baths.
As you enter the villa you find the large main living room, with ample seating to relax, entertain and admire the view. The living room leads directly onto the covered terrace where you can relax and swim in the infinity swimming pool by day, and dine on delicious Thai meals prepared and served especially for you at the 12-seater dining table in the evening. You can enjoy cooking outside on the gas BBQ, while taking in the breathtaking twilight views, and the villa has the convenience of a fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen, fully equipped to meet all your needs.
Additionally on this level of the villa, you can escape into the comfortable TV room, to sit back and catch up with world’s events or entertainment by watching the 50”, multi channeled, flat screen television or enjoy a movie supported by a surround sound system. The extra two fold out beds can be set up in this room, turning it into a sixth private bedroom, if required. This room can use the separate toilet/cloakroom, set just off the adjacent living room.
Moving downstairs you will find an impressive games room, again with stunning sea views. It is equipped with another 50” TV and DVD player, pool table, table tennis table, “Fusbal” table and a bar with ample seating. There is also a generous utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and large storage facilities. The villa is complete with wireless Internet access throughout and a landline telephone for local calls.
Venturing down one more level will take you to the dedicated Gym, with “state of the art” imported cardio machines, plus weight machine and yoga mats. The adjacent outside area is ideal for practicing yoga, or sitting and enjoying a morning coffee, while taking in the breathtaking views across the Andaman Sea. A large comfortable soft seating area is provided to allow space for reflection and relaxation.
Outside there are beautifully landscaped gardens, a two car garage adjacent to the villa and a stylish lily pond to complete the tranquillity.

The Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) project is a result of cooperation between the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the Ministry of Public Health, the Department of Disease Control, the Department of Health and the Department of Health Service Support, as well as government and private sector organizations involved in the tourism industry. Together they aim to make tourism a part of Thailand’s disease prevention measures and ensure that both Thai and foreign tourists have a positive experience.
They are happy and confident in the sanitation and safety standards of our accommodation and staff and we are now SHA approved. This has been achieved by combining public health safety measures and our high-quality service standards to reduce the risk and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Various boards, federations, and associations in the tourism industry are in charge of inspecting the checklist and certifying the result of improving a workplace according to the SHA standards.
TAT has awarded the Villas Phuket SHA certificates, and assigned a serial number - B3455 which covers each of our 20 luxury holiday villas here in Nai Harn and Rawai, Phuket. We are recoded in the official database amongst the list of other hotels and holiday villas who have been approved by the SHA.
Establishments will be randomly inspected by the committee and we here at The Villas will pass these inspections each and every time!
Andaman View is located in the exclusive private development, Baan Sawan, comprising of nine villas. Situated partway up a hill, the villa is accessed by a “sporting” driveway of winding concrete. Although perfectly safe, the driveway does require you to change down to first gear and concentrate when driving up. We provide a driver and 4WD vehicle to run guests up and down the hill on arrival and departure and twice a day, Free Of Charge, and an experienced driver and vehicle can be provided daily (for an additional charge), if you prefer not to tackle the driveway yourself (for an additional charge). The driveway, however, is more than compensated for by the unrivalled 180 degree views over the Andaman Sea.
The villa is a 5–6 minute drive from Nai Harn beach, and a vehicle is recommended to access near-by shops and restaurants.
The Villas welcomes guests to check in and out on any day of the week, there are no restrictions on change over days. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm noon. However, we appreciate that your flight or arrival time may be outside of these times, so we offer flexible arrival and departure times upon request. These may be offered complimentary or at a reduced charge for half day/night stay. We invite guests to stay for a minimum of 2 nights in Low Season and 7 nights in Peak Season, but shorter rental periods will be considered upon request.

Exchange and Banking:
Although travellers cheques are accepted in major cities, Phuket is a more rural area and so we suggest visiting a bank to exchange these for Thai Baht. Major credit cards are accepted here in large outlets, selected restaurants and some tour companies. It is suggested that cash is used for everyday purchases. ATM access is widespread so making cash withdrawals from your home bank account is convenient. If you wish to exchange cash, do so only at authorised outlets such as banks and hotels, and exchange only what you think you will spend. Please note that coins cannot be reconverted on departure. It is also recommended that you save all receipts from any currency exchange transaction as they may be required if you intend to reconvert Thai Baht.
As our villas are all privately owned homes, we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards.
Tips in high-end restaurants and hotels are usually added on at 10% – 15% of the bill. However, it is often a subject of controversy whether this amount actually goes to the waiter or not, therefore it is your choice whether to leave an additional tip. Tips in more local restaurants are usually not included on the bill, so it is recommended that a 10% tip is left if you are happy with the service you received.
It is always customary to tip any staff, such as housekeepers, cooks and drivers. Any gratuity is greatly appreciated, but completely at your discretion, and should be given directly to the individual.
Arrival and Departure formalities:
Travel documents are your responsibility. In general you should have a signed, valid passport that will remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport must have enough blank pages available for entry and exit stamps issued when entering and exiting immigration. You should also have a visa. Visas are issued on arrival for tourists, from most countries, wishing to stay in Phuket for a maximum of 30 days. However, if you wish to stay for longer than this please contact the immigration office in Phuket Town for an extension. It is advised that you check the specific visa requirements pertinent to your own country of residence prior to travelling, as some countries differ from this rule.
Once you have confirmed your accommodation in Phuket, you will be advised on the airport transfer procedure, and how you will travel to the venue.
