Accommodation comprises 8 bedrooms, majority are en-suite, and all are complete with ceiling fans and remote control air conditioning units. Bedrooms are split over two levels, offering 5 king-size beds, two queen-size bed, one single bed, one set of single bunk beds and a sofa bed. The villa therefore comfortably accommodates up to 19 guests, plus baby cots are available upon request and subject to availability.
Upstairs, the master bedroom suite has a king-size four-poster bed, walk-in wardrobes and wall safe. The master bedroom's large en-suite bathroom is complete with spacious walk-in shower and large oval bath. Sliding double doors take you from the bedroom onto a private balcony with open jungle and valley views. There is also a sofa bed in this room that is ideally suitable for two younger children, who need to share a room with their parents.
The remaining 6 bedrooms are located on the lower level. Bedroom 2 has a king-size four-poster bed, large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, as well as built-in wardrobes and a wall safe. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun terrace with access to the private swimming pool. Bedroom 3 has an additional king-size bed, en-suite bathroom and sliding doors enabling direct access to the swimming pool. Bedroom 4, also en-suite, again offers a king-size bed with an additional single bed, along with it's own 42" TV and DVD player.
Part of the ground floor is specifically designed to offer a three bedroom self-contained suite, if additional privacy between groups of guests is required. This area comprises of bedrooms 6, 7 & 8, plus a second living room, boasting another 42” flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. Bedroom 6, with a further king-size bed and bedroom 7 with one set of single bunk-beds, share a large family bathroom. Finally, bedroom 8 has a queen-size bed and further en-suite bathroom, and can be used as a maid or nannies room if you wish to bring helpers with you.
Returning upstairs, you will find the large main living room, with ample seating to relax and watch the 50” flat screen television. The TV comes with a DVD player (with selection of movies) and cable TV with over 30 channels, plus an iPod docking station or blue tooth speaker system. Alternatively you can relax and sit or dine outside on the under-cover balcony, taking in the valley views. The unique dining table seats 18 guests and offers al fresco dining all year round.
The fully-fitted luxury Western-style kitchen is fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax in while meals are being prepared.
Outside there is a large sun terrace overlooking landscaped gardens, complete with sun beds to soak up the sun. This leads onto a 10 x 5 m infinity edged pool with integral Jacuzzi. Adjacent to the swimming pool is the sala, containing another dining table for 8, plus ample additional seating, gas BBQ and fridge. This makes an ideal outside setting for evening BBQs and entertaining.
Sunstone Villa also offers wireless internet access, and an office with a large desk and landline telephone for those people who cannot totally escape the rest of the world.

The Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration (SHA) project is a result of cooperation between the Ministry of Tourism and Sports, the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT), the Ministry of Public Health, the Department of Disease Control, the Department of Health and the Department of Health Service Support, as well as government and private sector organizations involved in the tourism industry. Together they aim to make tourism a part of Thailand’s disease prevention measures and ensure that both Thai and foreign tourists have a positive experience.
They are happy and confident in the sanitation and safety standards of our accommodation and staff and we are now SHA approved. This has been achieved by combining public health safety measures and our high-quality service standards to reduce the risk and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Various boards, federations, and associations in the tourism industry are in charge of inspecting the checklist and certifying the result of improving a workplace according to the SHA standards.
TAT has awarded the Villas Phuket SHA certificates, and assigned a serial number - B3455 which covers each of our 20 luxury holiday villas here in Nai Harn and Rawai, Phuket. We are recoded in the official database amongst the list of other hotels and holiday villas who have been approved by the SHA.
Establishments will be randomly inspected by the committee and we here at The Villas will pass these inspections each and every time!
At the top of the valley, settled in a secluded corner, Sunstone Villa is part of the private development. The estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk) and within a short distance from a good selection of shops, restaurants and many tourist activities.
The Villas welcomes guests to check in and out on any day of the week, there are no restrictions on change over days. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm noon. However, we appreciate that your flight or arrival time may be outside of these times, so we offer flexible arrival and departure times upon request. These may be offered complimentary or at a reduced charge for half day/night stay. We invite guests to stay for a minimum of 2 nights in Low Season and 7 nights in Peak Season, but shorter rental periods will be considered upon request.

Exchange and Banking:
Although travellers cheques are accepted in major cities, Phuket is a more rural area and so we suggest visiting a bank to exchange these for Thai Baht. Major credit cards are accepted here in large outlets, selected restaurants and some tour companies. It is suggested that cash is used for everyday purchases. ATM access is widespread so making cash withdrawals from your home bank account is convenient. If you wish to exchange cash, do so only at authorised outlets such as banks and hotels, and exchange only what you think you will spend. Please note that coins cannot be reconverted on departure. It is also recommended that you save all receipts from any currency exchange transaction as they may be required if you intend to reconvert Thai Baht.
As our villas are all privately owned homes, we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards.
Tips in high-end restaurants and hotels are usually added on at 10% – 15% of the bill. However, it is often a subject of controversy whether this amount actually goes to the waiter or not, therefore it is your choice whether to leave an additional tip. Tips in more local restaurants are usually not included on the bill, so it is recommended that a 10% tip is left if you are happy with the service you received.
It is always customary to tip any staff, such as housekeepers, cooks and drivers. Any gratuity is greatly appreciated, but completely at your discretion, and should be given directly to the individual..
Arrival and Departure formalities:
Travel documents are your responsibility. In general you should have a signed, valid passport that will remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport must have enough blank pages available for entry and exit stamps issued when entering and exiting immigration. You should also have a visa. Visas are issued on arrival for tourists, from most countries, wishing to stay in Phuket for a maximum of 30 days. However, if you wish to stay for longer than this please contact the immigration office in Phuket Town for an extension. It is advised that you check the specific visa requirements pertinent to your own country of residence prior to travelling, as some countries differ from this rule.
Once you have confirmed your accommodation in Phuket, you will be advised on the airport transfer procedure, and how you will travel to the venue.
