Accommodation is comprised of 5 double bedrooms spread over two levels, all with en-suite bathrooms. The villa can readily accommodate 10 guests. However, depending on the age of your children, this can go up to 14 guests as there are 4 extra trundle beds that wheel out from under 4 separate single beds.
The ground floor is split between a 2 bedroom semi self-contained area, with its own kitchenette, living and dining rooms and a huge main living room with an open plan kitchen. Both bedrooms, the private kitchenette and living room, as well as the main living area, all open directly onto the sun deck and pool through sliding doors.
The two bedrooms in the semi self-contained area are bedroom 4, offering a king-size bed, and bedroom 5, with two 3.5' single beds. Both bedrooms have private en-suite bathrooms.
The main living area that comprises the rest of the lower floor lends itself to perfect entertaining, as it comes complete with a 3m dining room table seating 12, 3 large leather sofas and a home theatre system. The living room connects to the to the open-plan fully-fitted luxury kitchen, fully-equipped to meet all your needs. There is also a further half bathroom on this floor, with a toilet and a sink, and the live-in housekeeper has a bedroom on this level with direct access onto the street.
Upstairs is made up of the 3 further double bedrooms. The master bedroom has an impressive super king-size four-poster bed, bedroom 2 offers a queen-size bed, and bedroom 3 has two 3.5' single beds. All of these bedrooms are en-suite, and there is an extra cloakroom on this level that contains a toilet and a sink. Furthermore, there is a study with a landline telephone to make local calls and a lounge opening onto an alternative seating area on a surround balcony overlooking the pool area and coconut trees.
The kidney shaped pool is adjacent to the sala containing a further kitchenette and 10-seater dining table, perfect of al fresco dining and evening BBQs.
Villa Maria is complete with wireless internet throughout the villa.
Set in a private development of just three villas, Villa Maria is nestled between a luscious rubber plantation and a coconut grove. It provides ample accommodation for groups or large families looking for the perfect hideaway.
The extensive outside area includes a stunning, child friendly, kidney-shaped swimming pool with poolside shower and detachable safety fence, and is surrounded by beautifully landscaped gardens full of mature coconut trees.
With great attention to detail Villa Maria is tastefully furnished with a mixture of contemporary furniture, Chinese antiques, Asian artworks and Thai silks. These complement the rich wooden flooring throughout the whole upstairs living area. The stunning master bedroom, with its beautiful, hard wood vaulted ceiling is the height of romantic opulence.

They are happy and confident in the sanitation and safety standards of our accommodation and staff and we are now SHA approved. This has been achieved by combining public health safety measures and our high-quality service standards to reduce the risk and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Various boards, federations, and associations in the tourism industry are in charge of inspecting the checklist and certifying the result of improving a workplace according to the SHA standards.
TAT has awarded the Villas Phuket SHA certificates, and assigned a serial number - B3455 which covers each of our 20 luxury holiday villas here in Nai Harn and Rawai, Phuket. We are recoded in the official database amongst the list of other hotels and holiday villas who have been approved by the SHA.
Establishments will be randomly inspected by the committee and we here at The Villas will pass these inspections each and every time!
Located within a small development of three luxury houses, Villa Maria is found between a coconut grove and a rubber plantation. This small complex is just over 1km from the beautiful Nai Harn beach and within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants and many tourist activities.
The Villas welcomes guests to check in and out on any day of the week, there are no restrictions on change over days. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm noon. However, we appreciate that your flight or arrival time may be outside of these times, so we offer flexible arrival and departure times upon request. These may be offered complimentary or at a reduced charge for half day/night stay. We invite guests to stay for a minimum of 3 nights in Low Season and 7 nights in Peak Season, but shorter rental periods will be considered upon request.

Exchange and Banking:
Although travellers cheques are accepted in major cities, Phuket is a more rural area and so we suggest visiting a bank to exchange these for Thai Baht. Major credit cards are accepted here in large outlets, selected restaurants and some tour companies. It is suggested that cash is used for everyday purchases. ATM access is widespread so making cash withdrawals from your home bank account is convenient. If you wish to exchange cash, do so only at authorised outlets such as banks and hotels, and exchange only what you think you will spend. Please note that coins cannot be reconverted on departure. It is also recommended that you save all receipts from any currency exchange transaction as they may be required if you intend to reconvert Thai Baht.
As our villas are all privately owned homes, we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards.
Tips in high-end restaurants and hotels are usually added on at 10% – 15% of the bill. However, it is often a subject of controversy whether this amount actually goes to the waiter or not, therefore it is your choice whether to leave an additional tip. Tips in more local restaurants are usually not included on the bill, so it is recommended that a 10% tip is left if you are happy with the service you received.
It is always customary to tip any staff, such as housekeepers, cooks and drivers. Any gratuity is greatly appreciated, but completely at your discretion, and should be given directly to the individual..
Arrival and Departure formalities:
Travel documents are your responsibility. In general you should have a signed, valid passport that will remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport must have enough blank pages available for entry and exit stamps issued when entering and exiting immigration. You should also have a visa. Visas are issued on arrival for tourists, from most countries, wishing to stay in Phuket for a maximum of 30 days. However, if you wish to stay for longer than this please contact the immigration office in Phuket Town for an extension. It is advised that you check the specific visa requirements pertinent to your own country of residence prior to travelling, as some countries differ from this rule.
Once you have confirmed your accommodation in Phuket, you will be advised on the airport transfer procedure, and how you will travel to the venue.
