Accommodation comprises of 9 bedrooms, all with built-in wardrobes, en-suite bathrooms, ceiling fans, remote control air conditioning units and large flat screen TVs with DVD players and cable TV. Bedroom suites are split over three levels, offering 6 king-size beds, 8 single beds, and 2 sets of single bunk beds, therefore comfortably accommodating up to 24 people. However, a limited number of extra beds are available upon request at an extra charge.
As you enter the villa onto the "middle level" you will be instantly aware of the breathtaking sea view seen through the huge sliding doors that open up entirely from the main living room onto the spacious balcony and infinity edge swimming pool. The sizeable private 12 x 5 metre swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi is surrounded by a very spacious sun deck with sun beds, comfortable modern furniture and a large undercover dining table with seating for everyone. The second sun terrace on the upper balcony can be accessed by an external spiral staircase.
Upstairs on the "upper level" you can enter three of the 9 bedrooms. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed with a large en-suite bathroom, comprising of bath, walk-in shower, two hand basins, vanity units and a toilet. A spacious dressing area offers extensive wardrobe space and drawers, and a personal safe. The suite also offers it's own private living room with flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV. It has stunning sea views and leads to it's own private balcony with dining table for intimate dining or private breakfasts.
The second master suite is also located on this level, with king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, complete with bath, shower and twin wash hand basins. The sliding doors from this bedroom again open onto a private balcony with views over the Andaman Sea. Located next to this bedroom is the first of the bedrooms with single beds, with huge private bathroom with walk-in shower and vanity unit with wash hand basin. Perfect for children who need to be close to their parents. Both bedrooms are complete with flat screen TV, DVD player and cable TV.
A spacious "second" living room is also found on this level, with sizeable sofa, 50" flat screen TV and DVD player, perfect for comfortably relaxing at the end of the day. Furthermore, there is a dedicated office with a work desk for those who have to spend a little time working, made convenient with the high-speed WIFI connection and landline telephone for local calls.
As you return down the stairs to the "middle level" of the property, you will find yourself in the main living area, again with comfortable sofa, TV and DVD player. This living area has access to the fitted Western-style kitchen, fully equipped to meet all your needs, with its own comfortable Thai sitting area to relax whilst meals are being prepared. There is also a cloakroom on this level, with an extra toilet and a sink.
Located on this "middle level" are two further king-size bedroom suites, both with en-suite bathrooms offering baths, walk-in showers and twin vanity units with wash hand basins. Each of these bedrooms has it's own balcony allowing the opportunity to make the very most of the exceptional sea views.
Taking the stairs to the "lower level" brings you to the vast games room, offering sofa seating and bar stools to relax while others play games of pool, table tennis, darts or indoor basketball. Alternatively, you can spend time exercising on the gym equipment, while pondering thoughts looking out across the ocean.
This level of the villa also houses the remaining four bedrooms. Bedroom 6 offers a king-size bed and two large single beds, bedroom 7 offers a further king-size bed and additional large single bed. In bedroom 8 you will find two large single beds accompanied by a set of single bunk beds, and bedroom 9 houses a further single bed and set of single bunk beds. All bedrooms are complete with flat screen TVs and private en-suite bathrooms. The villa's laundry facilities, comprising of washing machine, tumble dryer, linen airing and storage areas, are also found on this level.
Finally, this lower level boasts the unique Cinema Room, complete with 6 double reclining, lounger chairs, seating 12. This allows you to watch your choice of movie without leaving the comfort and luxury of the villa!

A fully-fitted large Western-style kitchen, with all appliances, offers the opportunity for any guests to prepare desired meals. The outside undercover 16-seater dining table is in an unequaled location for appreciating the exceptional view and beautiful sunsets, while enjoying al fresco dining on delicious Thai food or a hearty BBQ.
The vast infinity edge 12 x 5 metre swimming pool has an integral Jacuzzi, which offers a breath-taking venue to enjoy the tranquil 180 degree ocean views. Extending beyond the swimming pool is a unique garden terrace, equipped with sun-beds, tables and chairs.
Diamond View enjoys close proximity to Rawai beach, offering access to numerous long tail boats and speed boats that can whisk you away to the golden sands and azure waters of the many outlying Islands. It is just a short walk to a good selection of restaurants, bars, massage parlours and night life, and a short drive from Phuket's "number one" beach, Nai Harn.

They are happy and confident in the sanitation and safety standards of our accommodation and staff and we are now SHA approved. This has been achieved by combining public health safety measures and our high-quality service standards to reduce the risk and prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Various boards, federations, and associations in the tourism industry are in charge of inspecting the checklist and certifying the result of improving a workplace according to the SHA standards.
TAT has awarded the Villas Phuket SHA certificates, and assigned a serial number - B3455 which covers each of our 20 luxury holiday villas here in Nai Harn and Rawai, Phuket. We are recoded in the official database amongst the list of other hotels and holiday villas who have been approved by the SHA.
Establishments will be randomly inspected by the committee and we here at The Villas will pass these inspections each and every time!
Diamond View is situated on the hillside in a quiet, underdeveloped private estate overlooking Rawai Beach. Being one of only two large properties in the estate, the villa enjoys total privacy and 180 degree views out across the Andaman Sea. The private development only has a few other similarly designed smaller villas, comfortably spread throughout the gardens.
Diamond View is located less than a 10 minute walk from Rawai beach, where there are a good selection of restaurants and bars and easy access to the numerous long tail boats and speed boats making visiting outlaying islands an easy option.
Diamond View Directions
The Villas welcomes guests to check in and out on any day of the week, there are no restrictions on change over days. Check in time is 3:00pm and check out time is 12:00pm noon. However, we appreciate that your flight or arrival time may be outside of these times, so we offer flexible arrival and departure times upon request. These may be offered complimentary or at a reduced charge for half day/night stay. We invite guests to stay for a minimum of 3 nights in Low Season and 7 nights in Peak Season, but shorter rental periods will be considered upon request.

Exchange and Banking:
Although travellers cheques are accepted in major cities, Phuket is a more rural area and so we suggest visiting a bank to exchange these for Thai Baht. Major credit cards are accepted here in large outlets, selected restaurants and some tour companies. It is suggested that cash is used for everyday purchases. ATM access is widespread so making cash withdrawals from your home bank account is convenient. If you wish to exchange cash, do so only at authorised outlets such as banks and hotels, and exchange only what you think you will spend. Please note that coins cannot be reconverted on departure. It is also recommended that you save all receipts from any currency exchange transaction as they may be required if you intend to reconvert Thai Baht.
As our villas are all privately owned homes, we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards.
Tipping advice:
Tips in high-end restaurants and hotels are usually added on at 10% – 15% of the bill. However, it is often a subject of controversy whether this amount actually goes to the waiter or not, therefore it is your choice whether to leave an additional tip. Tips in more local restaurants are usually not included on the bill, so it is recommended that a 10% tip is left if you are happy with the service you received.
It is always customary to tip any staff, such as housekeepers, cooks and drivers. Any gratuity is greatly appreciated, but completely at your discretion, and should be given directly to the individual..
Arrival and Departure formalities:
Travel documents are your responsibility. In general you should have a signed, valid passport that will remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport must have enough blank pages available for entry and exit stamps issued when entering and exiting immigration. You should also have a visa. Visas are issued on arrival for tourists, from most countries, wishing to stay in Phuket for a maximum of 30 days. However, if you wish to stay for longer than this please contact the immigration office in Phuket Town for an extension. It is advised that you check the specific visa requirements pertinent to your own country of residence prior to travelling, as some countries differ from this rule.
Once you have confirmed your accommodation in Phuket, you will be advised on the airport transfer procedure, and how you will travel to the venue.
