Accommodation comprises of 4 bedrooms comfortably accommodating a maximum of 8 people. The master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, built-in wardrobes and a large en-suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower and bath. Sliding double doors take you directly onto the sun deck and into the private swimming pool.
Bedroom 2 also has a king-size bed, while bedrooms 3 and 4 both have twin 3.5' single beds. All three of these bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, and bedrooms 2 and 3 open up onto the sun deck through sliding doors. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a spacious family bathroom with a large walk-in shower, while bedroom 4 has its own en-suite bathroom.
In the large living room, with ample seating on a huge leather sofa, you can relax and watch the 50" flat screen television with DVD player and cable TV. Alternatively, you can dine at the 8-seater dining room table. The open-plan, fully fitted Western-style kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equipped to meet your every need. Again the living room opens directly onto the swimming pool.
Neighbours do not overlook this private villa, situated on the edge of this exclusive development. Its rich decoration of black and gold, attractively contrasts with the strong blues and greens of the outside. The spacious indoor living area and outdoor pool terrace create an agreeable environment conveniently connecting all the bedrooms.
With four good-sized bedrooms, the balance of this villa is ideally suited for two families sharing accommodation. The walled garden and spacious sala offer a comfortable outside area for al fresco dining and BBQs. The 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with integral Jacuzzi is a focal point of the residence.
With great attention to detail, the villa is tastefully furnished in dark teak, with a large leather sofa for all guests to relax on, complimented by traditional Thai-design soft furnishings. Finally, the villa boasts a fully-fitted Western-style kitchen, with all appliances. This gives any residents the opportunity to prepare meals.
Onyx Villa is located on the lower edge of the development, with a safety walled garden. This offers privacy from neighbouring villas. The purpose-built estate is perfectly located around 1km from beautiful Nai Harn beach (a 2 minute drive, or a comfortable 15 minute walk). It is within a short distance of a good selection of shops, restaurants, bars and many tourist activities, but far enough away not to have them destroy the tranquillity and peace so rarely found.
The Villas welcomes guests to check in and out on any day of the week, there are no restrictions on change over days. We invite guests to stay for a minimum of 3 nights in Low Season and 7 nights in Peak Season, but shorter rental periods will be considered upon request.

Exchange and Banking:
Although travellers cheques are accepted in major cities, Phuket is a more rural area and so we suggest visiting a bank to exchange these for Thai Baht. Major credit cards are accepted here in large outlets, selected restaurants and some tour companies. It is suggested that cash is used for everyday purchases. ATM access is widespread so making cash withdrawals from your home bank account is convenient. If you wish to exchange cash, do so only at authorised outlets such as banks and hotels, and exchange only what you think you will spend. Please note that coins cannot be reconverted on departure. It is also recommended that you save all receipts from any currency exchange transaction as they may be required if you intend to reconvert Thai Baht.
As our villas are all privately owned homes, we do not have the facilities to accept credit cards.
Tips in high-end restaurants and hotels are usually added on at 10% – 15% of the bill. However, it is often a subject of controversy whether this amount actually goes to the waiter or not, therefore it is your choice whether to leave an additional tip. Tips in more local restaurants are usually not included on the bill, so it is recommended that a 10% tip is left if you are happy with the service you received.
It is always customary to tip any staff, such as housekeepers, cooks and drivers. Any gratuity is greatly appreciated, but completely at your discretion, and should be given directly to the individual..
Arrival and Departure formalities:
Travel documents are your responsibility. In general you should have a signed, valid passport that will remain valid for at least 6 months beyond the completion of your trip. Your passport must have enough blank pages available for entry and exit stamps issued when entering and exiting immigration. You should also have a visa. Visas are issued on arrival for tourists, from most countries, wishing to stay in Phuket for a maximum of 30 days. However, if you wish to stay for longer than this please contact the immigration office in Phuket Town for an extension. It is advised that you check the specific visa requirements pertinent to your own country of residence prior to travelling, as some countries differ from this rule.
Once you have confirmed your accommodation in Phuket, you will be advised on the airport transfer procedure, and how you will travel to the venue.
